Patrick started in real estate during the times of typewriters and telephones.  Since then, computers and cell phones have dominated the work place.  Patrick is a full time Realtor and does not consider real estate a “job”.  “Real estate is my career”!  He loves what he does and it shows!

EXPERIENCE

Having grown up in a real estate environment, with both his father and both grandfathers being Realtors, it is no wonder that Ryan would have a strong interest in the business of real estate. he realized that in order attain the goals one sets in life, you have to make a true commitment and have passion for what you do! his grandfather always said. 'if you are going to be in real estate, you have to eat, sleep and drink real estate ALL THE TIME!'

COMMITMENT

Since he was a youngster, Ryan was an early riser! Always up and about looking for something to do to stay busy. Throughout his years at Bozeman Senior Highs School, he held several jobs during the school year and during summer vacations. He is committed to hard work with the 'ever reminder' that it will pay off.

EDUCATION

Ryan is a graduate of Bozeman Senior High School and graduated in the Spring of 2010 from Montana State University. He is also a graduate of the Morton-Connole Real Estate School and earned his Real Estate License in 2008.

AFFILIATION

Ryan is a Full Time Licensed Realtor with his dad, Patrick, a member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors, the Montana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing System.

MARKETING

Ryan has been responsible for the integration of listings to the Internet. He dedicates his time toward the quality of advertisements on the web and printed publications. He is constantly updating and maintaining these listings,  through all resources. It is essential that their listings are on-line to give them most exposure possible and sell the Listing as quick as possible.
